The LoneStar Team on...Parallel Parking

This week, to get to know the LoneStar Team a little better, we asked...
Do you parallel park your car? Or would you rather drive around the block?
Check out their responses:

Pamela: I parallel park. Much easier than driving around.

Tasha: You know what, I can parallel park a car any day, but since I've had a truck, I can't parallel park to save my life. I'm "special around the edges" sometimes. ;)

Benito: The last time I parallel parked was when I took my drivers license, because I had too. I never have had to do it again. There's always other parking spaces.

Lindsay: I'll parallel park if I really have to, but I normally drive around the block once or twice first.

Joe: no

Lana: I drive around the block! YES! YES ! I have hit a parked car trying to parallel park. So to prevent the hassle of calling the insurance, I just drive around the block and try again. Sometimes around and around and around the block I GO!!!! LOL

Levi: Drive around the block... :( It's probably the only thing that takes away from my excellent city driving skills: I can't parallel park.

Closet Doors

Ok, so this is really random, but this week we wanted to know if The LoneStar Team slept with their closet doors open or closed. Check out the responses we received to share with you...

*Corina* They are either open or closed, I don't really pay attention to that.

*Levi* Open. It's too much work to close it just to open it again in the morning when I need something out of it. Mine slide and don't have handles, so it can be rather difficult.

*Lana* closed!!!!! If it is open,I feel like someone is hiding in there watching me!

*Alicia* Closed--if not, I will likely find my shoes eaten to bits in the morning by my dogs.

*Tasha* Sometimes it's open and sometimes it's closed.

*Benito* always closed.

*Mary* CLOSED!!! It keeps the boogeyman away.

*Pamela* When I was younger I would make sure my door was closed when I went to sleep. Not so much any more. Open/closed... doesn't matter.

*Joe* CLOSED so the boogeyman won't come out

*Mat* idk, my closet is in my bathroom so I guess its closed to save electricity when the a/c is on

*Lindsay* Either is fine with me - I'm more afraid of the monster under the bed than the boogeyman.

The LoneStar Team's Favorite Name Badge of the Week

The label badge pictured above is the LoneStar Team's Favorite Badge this Week. Usually ordered by PLANit, Inc., this LBC badge is the ultimate option for style, as well as practicality. The label badge style allows for conveniently attaching a new name label in the recessed slot and eliminating the need to re-order name badges for frequent new hires. The dye-sublimation process used also allows PLANit's bright artwork to pop against the white background, making for an eye-catching, along with very handy, name badge.
